Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the MPExamly platform (accessible at https://mpexamly.in). By accessing or using our practice tests, exam updates, and learning materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Essential Disclaimer: Independent Educational Platform

MPExamly is an independent educational platform created solely for student practice, mock testing, and revision. MPExamly is NOT affiliated with, authorized, certified, or endorsed by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC), the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB/PEB), MPOnline, or any other government recruitment agency.

Official notifications, recruitment schedules, and legal answer keys must always be verified directly on official government portals (e.g., mppsc.mp.gov.in and esb.mp.gov.in).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or interacting with MPExamly ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Nature of Services & Educational Purpose

MPExamly provides free online practice multiple-choice questions (MCQs), mock tests, subject quizzes, and daily challenges (Mind Sharpener) targeted towards Madhya Pradesh state competitive examinations (such as MPPSC Prelims, MP Police Constable, MP Sub-Inspector, MP Patwari, Vyapam Group 2 / Group 4, and Forest Guard).

  • All content is compiled strictly for informational, educational, and self-evaluation purposes.
  • Test scores, accuracy rates, and percentiles generated on MPExamly are simulation metrics for personal practice and do not guarantee or reflect actual performance in official state examinations.
  • MPExamly does not sell or distribute official question papers prior to examinations. Any previous year questions (PYQs) featured on the platform are public domain educational reference questions.

3. Accuracy of Information & Disclaimer of Warranties

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that questions, answer explanations, syllabus breakdowns, and exam notices are accurate, up to date, and verified against standard academic curricula and official provisional/final keys.

However, the Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular academic purpose, or non-infringement.

In the event of an inadvertent discrepancy or typographic error in an answer key, we encourage users to submit corrections via our Contact Page. However, MPExamly disclaims any liability for decisions made based upon content contained within the Platform.

4. User Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use MPExamly only for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational study. You expressly agree that you will NOT:

  • Deploy automated web scrapers, spiders, bots, crawlers, or data harvesting scripts to systematically extract question databases, answer keys, or article text.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the vulnerability of our hosting system or network, or circumvent security measures.
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, trojans, worms, or initiate Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
  • Mirror, frame, or reproduce the platform or its proprietary design assets on any other commercial domain without prior written authorization.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under the laws of Madhya Pradesh or the Republic of India.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The MPExamly website, including its brand identity, logo, UI/UX design, custom code, DIY mock test algorithm, curated question compilations, and educational summaries, is the intellectual property of MPExamly and protected by applicable copyright and trademark regulations.

Any trademarks, logos, acronyms, or service marks belonging to government bodies (such as "MPPSC" or "MPESB") are referenced solely for nominative, descriptive educational fair-use identification of the respective public examination. All rights remain with the respective trademark proprietors.

6. Third-Party Advertisements & External Links

MPExamly may display third-party advertisements, banners, and promotional links served by digital advertising networks, ad exchanges, and marketing partners. We do not directly endorse, sponsor, recommend, or guarantee any products, coaching programs, books, or services promoted in these third-party commercial advertisements.

Your interactions, correspondence, or transactions with advertisers found on or through the Platform are solely between you and the advertiser. MPExamly shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MPExamly, its operators, contributors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of prospective exam rank, selection, or employment
  • Loss of study time, data, or local device storage
  • Service interruptions, server downtime, or errors in question keys

Because MPExamly is provided completely free of charge to users, our aggregate liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed zero Indian Rupees (₹0.00).

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of MPExamly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of MPExamly following any updates constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
